1.3. The website uses the masculine form for convenience only but is intended for all genders.
1.4. The user declares that all information displayed on the website, or any part thereof, is the exclusive property of the Hotel, that the Hotel retains all copyrights in the information, and that the user undertakes to use the information solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The user shall not copy, photograph, reproduce, transmit, print, or publish any of the website’s information, whether owned by the Hotel or third parties, without prior written consent from the Hotel.
1.5. The user undertakes not to distort or alter any information, or perform any action that could harm the accuracy, reliability, or integrity of the information, or the reputation of the Hotel as the copyright holder, or that of any other entity.

3. Booking Accommodation
3.1. General
3.1.1. The user may use the website solely to make reservations and purchase services or obtain information.
3.1.2. Room reservations at Mashabim Country Lodging can be made by phone at +972-8-6565134/6 or through this website.
3.1.3. Guests booking through this website must provide personal details including ID or passport number, credit card number, and the details of all accompanying guests.
3.2. Customer Details
3.2.1. During the booking process, users must enter their personal information.
3.2.2. The site owners and operators are not responsible for any errors made by the user when entering details, including mistakes in selecting packages, dates, bed numbers, or services, nor for technical issues preventing booking completion.
3.2.3. Submitting false information is a criminal offense and may result in legal action and damages claims.
3.2.4. The user agrees that their booking details will be stored in the Hotel’s database, and the Hotel may use these details to improve services, contact the user via mail, email, or other communication means, and personalize the site’s content.
3.3. Booking Procedure
3.3.1. The user shall enter booking details on the website.
3.3.2. A credit card number is required for security purposes only.
3.3.3. Credit card payment will be processed on the morning of arrival; cash payments must be settled in full upon arrival.
4. Terms and Conditions
4.1. All prices are in Israeli Shekels and include VAT (except in Eilat).
4.2. Mashabim Country Lodging reserves the right to change room rates and booking conditions at any time.
4.3. Mashabim Country Lodging may update these terms without prior notice.
4.4. Mashabim Country Lodging may modify or suspend website content, structure, or services without prior notice.
4.5. Room reservations are subject to availability.
4.6. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
4.7. Check-in and Check-out:
4.7.1. Check-in: Weekdays at 15:00; Saturdays and holidays at 17:00.
4.7.2. Check-out: Weekdays, Saturdays, and holidays by 11:00.
4.7.3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and additional payment.
4.8. Infants and Children:
“Infant” – up to age 2; “Child” – up to age 16.
If there are two infants, one will be charged as a child.
4.9. Only Israeli law applies. The exclusive jurisdiction is the competent courts in the Haifa District.
4.10. The user acknowledges that technical issues may occur when using a website.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. One-room booking canceled up to 72 hours before arrival – no cancellation fee.
5.2. Two or more rooms canceled up to 3 weeks before arrival – no cancellation fee.
5.3. One-room booking canceled less than 72 hours before arrival – 50% charge.
5.4. Two or more rooms canceled less than 3 weeks before arrival – 50% charge.
6. Pool Area
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Guests are requested to follow all pool rules and safety guidelines.
7. Miscellaneous Rules
7.1. Pets are not allowed.
7.2. No additional guests may enter without prior approval. Bringing outside guests to the premises or pool (with or without lodging) will incur an additional fee.
7.3. Removing items from guest rooms is prohibited. Guests must bring personal towels for off-site water activities.
7.4. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
8. Property Care
8.1. The user undertakes, on behalf of themselves and their companions, to maintain the property and avoid any intentional or negligent damage to the site or its equipment.
8.2. In the event of any damage, the user authorizes the Hotel to charge the credit card provided for the full amount of the damage.
